The information you submit in your portrait order form will be used only for the purpose of creating your custom portrait(s).

If your custom portrait order does not meet your expectations, contains a mistake, or gets damaged or lost in shipping, please contact us within 30 days.

You can request a new portrait that will be shipped to you for free.

Or, you can request a refund. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days from the time of confirmation of your request.
